Today is 4 June, 2026. At this writing, I am super excited about where we are headed and what we are accomplishing! I have many guilds doing mysteries and loving them. Hoping some of the members of those guilds will join our group and share their progress. But that’s behind the scenes!

Another amazing thing is A NEW BOOK!!! I am currently writing another book… Shane has it now for the edits and all the fine details. The hard copies will be on Amazon, but you will also be able to purchase the digital version right here in the store! You will also find the digital versions of ALL the other books in the store as well. I have also added TEN patterns recently. SEW MUCH FUN!

We have five retreats on the books for 2026. I will be in New Mexico, Indiana, Iowa, North Carolina, and Vermont… I think I will create a calendar and share it with you so you know what I’m doing and where I am.

Personally, this year has been a challenge. I had a heart attack 12 January. I have no blockages, but I do have vaso-spasms in the arteries around my heart. I have recovered well with only two minor setbacks that have been dealt to with changing medications. I also ruptured the ligaments in my left ankle and have been in a moon boot for eight weeks now. I should be weened out of the boot in the next couple weeks… maybe a month. I had surgery on my left wrist the day before yesterday which makes typing hard, but I’m getting there. This one was to restore some range of motion… can’t lose my cutting hand!! I will be ready for my USA tour very soon! Just have to have stitches dealt to and a bit of physio to get the wrist moving again.

Enough about me! I can’t wait to see what you’re working on and hear how YOU are doing. You are my happy place. I just come into my sewing room, get on our group page, and I instantly relax… those shoulders drop and my heart slows its pace. I love having you around, just wish everyone lived closer!
