I have designed a medallion quilt top. This one starts at 48″ and can finish as large as about 102″ (or more). I love it so much, made me want to stitch on it right away. Wondering if you’d like me to make it a “quilt-along” and we can stitch it together.

I have everything ready to start cutting mine. I can upload the requirements and you could gather your fabrics while I cut mine. I guess we would probably work through it really quickly as it is VERY simple with HSTs, squares, and flying geese units.

One more question would be would you like to see my design before we pull fabrics, cut, and stitch away?? Please let me know in the comments what you’d like… I would be able to start right away. I could also go live on YouTube (or FB) and we could sew together or just sit around and talk!

    I seem to always pick colors that don’t work well when I don’t know what I’m going to end up with, so I would like to see the quilt before choosing fabrics. I know that kind of spoils the whole mystery thing, but I think it will be fun anyway.

      I agree. I have the benefit of knowing what the design is and I STILL get the fabrics wrong. I think we will do this as a team!

    I love medallion quilts. Would prefer to see pattern ahead. Currently reorganizing my 35 yr stash and trying to use some up before health issues take over.

    A non-mystery quilt along would be fabulous! I love mysteries but a medallion quilt preview would make sure I use the right fabrics to do it justice

      I totally agree! That’s why I thought it best to ask everyone’s opinion as it wouldn’t be a mystery (which we are known for).

    Your mysteries have Never disappointed me BUT, to justify Starting another project, I would prefer to see the design and pick accordingly.

    Maybe give requirements with fabric suggestions and let us dig in stash. THEN show design so we can keep or change. Just an added bonus for me. 😁
